Liverpool sent brutal £100m Salah transfer truth as massive Slot dilemma emerges

Must read

Liverpool have been told by a former player why they should sell Mohamed Salah in this summer’s transfer window.

Over the last two years, Salah has continually been linked with an exit despite committing his future to the club back in 2022 by signing a three-year contract. Strong interest from Saudi Arabia has been present for some time now but a deal failed to get over the line last summer.

As such, Salah enjoyed another successful season at Anfield but with Jurgen Klopp departing after nearly a decade at the club, a new era is set to begin on Merseyside.

Salah remaining part of the project at Liverpool under incoming head coach Arne Slot is somewhat up in the air but the club are said to be calm about his future despite the possibility of losing him on a free transfer next summer. Klopp’s exit could arrive with a major squad reset however some marquee players have already committed their futures to Liverpool.

Trent Alexander-Arnold and club captain Virgil van Dijk were two of those however Alisson, as a fellow long-term member of the squad, could depart after being linked with a Middle East move. Luis Diaz and Joe Gomez are also reportedly targets for the Saudi Pro League as they look to continue their push for household names in the world of football.

Alongside the aforementioned Liverpool trio, Salah is likely still on their radar and now Liverpool have been told why they should sell Salah and for how much.
