In case you *somehow* missed it, there’s a major birthday among the Kardashian-Jenner clan. Yep, Khloé Kardashian – entrepreneur, former Cosmo UK cover star, mother, reality tv QUEEN – has just turned 40.
The icon rang in a new decade on 27 June, which makes her a Cancer FYI, and celebrated by debuting a radical hair transformation: unveiling dark brown locks. But that’s not the only way she marked the milestone.
She also celebrated, in typical Kardashian-Jenner style, with an OTT birthday bash – with a dress code, ofc. Koko seemed to be celebrating with a sexy, “denim and diamonds” as an homage to uber glam songstress Dolly Parton. Naturally, her sis Kim rose to the occasion.
Taking to her IG Story, Kim shared a selection of videos and pics flaunting her fit which was truly sublime.
Specifically, she rocked a baby blue suede bustier featuring cross embellishments – one, in beads, near her sternum and silver crosses trailing her ribs – and a halter neck. She paired this with a pair of low rise, lace up matching trousers which featured similar beaded cross embellishment at the hem. The co-ord was by the LA label Chrome Hearts, who Kim shouted out on her Story.
In terms of accessories, she continued the maximalism theme by rocking a baby blue, faux fur stole wrapped nonchalantly around her arms and a tiny micro handbag – also in baby blue.
She also rocked some heavy duty silver jewellery, including a chunky chain necklace, a statement cross pendant, stacked rings, chunky chain bracelets and silver bangles.
Her shoes were obscured due to the floor-scraping length of her trousers but in terms of her beauty look, she wore long, French manicured acrylic nails and a centre-parting, dark bob that brushed her shoulders.
