A man from Kent is set to be mortgage-free after scooping £1 million in a EuroMillions draw.
The mystery winner, known only as Mr A, entered the UK Millionaire Maker competition on April 26.
The Kent resident, who played a Lucky Dip via the National Lottery app, was one of 10 people to become millionaires overnight.
Mr A says he will use his winnings to pay off his mortgage.
He also joins Mr P from Cheshire, Mrs H from Surrey and Mr G from Dorset who all won the seven-figure-sum in the draw.
Andy Carter from The National Lottery said: “Wow, amazing news for Mr A. He can now look forward to being mortgage-free. Huge congratulations!”
By playing any National Lottery game, players generate £30 million each week for National Lottery-funded projects.
This money helps fund projects across the country, with more than 690,000 grants – supporting projects both big and small – having been made to date.
