Kate Middleton maintains her svelte figure by adhering to a healthy breakfast routine that aids weight loss, as per a nutrition expert’s advice.
The Princess of Wales reportedly begins each day with a bowl of oatmeal, which a nutritionist from BarBend suggests “keeps Kate satiated and provides enough energy for Royal duties, workouts, and looking after her three children”.
The athletic princess also follows a regular exercise regime, complemented by her slow-release energy oatmeal breakfast, which “provides sustained energy throughout the entire workout”.
The nutritionist speculated that Kate might also indulge in antioxidant-rich smoothies during breaks, which would “contribute to her radiant complexion and overall health”, as reported by the Express.
Healthline experts concur that consuming oats for breakfast offers numerous health benefits, including weight loss, stating that they are “among the most nutritious grains on the planet” and are “exceptionally satiating”.
The health website further noted that oatmeal is an excellent source of essential vitamins, minerals, fibre, and antioxidants.
Alongside her balanced diet, it’s understood that Kate prioritises time for physical activity and enjoys a variety of fitness routines such as cycling, cardio training, weight lifting, rowing, and yoga.
Kate is also fond of running, but her sport of choice is tennis, which she reportedly plays “almost daily”.
Its understood that William and Kate have their own private tennis court at Anmer Hall, their Norfolk residence, where the royal is also said to enjoy hitting a few balls with her older children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, when they’re not busy with their studies at Thomas’s Battersea, as per a palace insider.
The source revealed: “Once their school work from Thomas’s Battersea has been dealt with satisfactorily, both George and Charlotte enjoy tennis lessons on their green court.”
