We got in touch with Dr Deepak Tyagi, Senior Consultant, Physiotherapy, Yatharth Hospitals who shares how following Jungkook workout routine can help you achieve the physique of a K-pop star.
Dr Deepak Tyagi shares, that to begin his workout, he incorporates 700-1000 calories worth of cardio, which can be achieved through activities like dance practice, running, biking, or rowing. He also finishes his workout with 20-30 minutes of boxing.
The core of Jungkook’s routine consists of a series of bodyweight exercises. He begins with 100 squats, which target the legs, lower back, and core muscles. To add variety, he recommends incorporating different squat variations, such as single-leg, side, prisoner, and wall squats, as well as using resistance bands or weights.
Benefits: Squats offer numerous health benefits, including strengthening the lower body muscles (quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes), improving core stability, enhancing flexibility, boosting calorie burn, and promoting better balance and posture. Regularly performing squats can also support joint health and improve overall functional fitness, making daily activities easier.
