Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have finalized their divorce after a bitter year-long battle.
The couple recently reached a divorce settlement, as per legal docs obtained by TMZ on Tuesday, that has since been signed off by a judge.
The terms are confidential but it was previously revealed that Sophie, 28, and Joe, 35, tried to work out a child custody agreement and division of assets in mediation.
Sophie and Joe wed in 2019 and are parents to two daughters: Willa, four, and Delphine, two.
After months of split rumors, Joe filed for divorce from Sophie in September 2023 and their war over custody and money made headlines worldwide.

In March, Sophie has asked to ‘reactivate’ their divorce proceedings, which were on hold as the pair went to mediation.
But after the two were unable to come to an agreement, Sophie requested that a judge end the marriage and rule on who would get custody of their daughters via a court-ordered settlement.
The pair went to mediation partly in order to keep their marital issues private, but that will change now, with their filings — which outline their disputes — set to become public.
Joe and Sophie had major disagreements on where their daughters would live full-time.
While the actress wanted to take them to her native UK, Joe wanted to keep them in the United States.
The pair had a prenup, so property was most likely not a point of contention, but they consistently failed to reach an agreement on custody.
At one point things got so bad that Sophie filed a child abduction claim against Joe, though she asked the judge to dismiss it in January.
At the time, Sophie claimed the Disney Channel alum was violating international law by refusing to let the children travel to be with her.
Back in October 2023, Joe and Sophie set up a temporary custody arrangement after the Game Of Thrones actress sued him over his efforts to prevent her from taking their children out of the US on an allegedly pre-planned trip to the UK.
DailyMail.com previously obtained court documents revealing that the custody arrangement granted each parent two weeks at a time with their daughters until January 2024 and allow the girls to travel back and forth between the US and UK.
They could also travel to anywhere in the US and the UK, meaning that Turner could bring the girls to England, which she previously claimed would be their ‘forever home.’
While Jonas got to take the girls on tour with his band The Jonas Brothers, Turner was able to spend Christmas with them in the UK with her family.
The agreement was reached after four days of intense mediation in New York, where the girls were staying with Turner at the time.
The resolution of custody of the children was expected to clear the way toward finalizing the couple’s divorce.
The court filing from Turner’s lawyer Stephen Cullen called the mediation ‘ongoing and productive’ and that the custody sharing comes ‘in anticipation of an amicable resolution of all issues.’
Jonas filed for divorce in Miami, Florida on September 1.
The stars confirmed they were set to divorce in a joint statement posted to Instagram: ‘After four wonderful years of marriage we have mutually agreed to amicably end our marriage.

‘There are many speculative narratives as to why but, truly this is a united decision and we sincerely hope everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children.’
Soon after, sources close to Joe came forward claiming that Sophie had been out partying too much, leaving him alone to look after their daughters.
It was also reported by TMZ at the time that Sophie was allegedly caught ‘saying and/or doing something’ on their Ring security camera, which was the alleged ‘final straw’ for Joe and led to their split.
Sophie broke her silence on the bitter divorce in an emotional, candid interview with Vogue in May 2024.
She admitted that she struggled immensely with ‘mom guilt’ and described that time as the ‘worst few days of her life’, while stating that her children have been made ‘victims’ of the bitter fallout over their break-up.
She also revealed that she previously suffered from ‘depression, anxiety, and bulimia.’
‘I mean, those were the worst few days of my life,’ Sophie told Vogue. ‘There were some days that I didn’t know if I was going to make it.
‘I would call my lawyer saying, “I can’t do this. I just can’t.” I was just never strong enough to stand up for myself.
‘And then, finally, after two weeks of me being in a rut, she reminded me that it was my children I was fighting for.
‘Once anyone says to me, “Do it for your kids,” I’m doing it. I wouldn’t do it for myself, but I’ll find the strength for them.’
At the time, Sophie was in the United Kingdom. filming the TV show Joan, while Joe and their two daughters, Willa, four, and Delphine, one, were in the United States.
‘I was contracted to be on set for another two weeks, so I couldn’t leave. My kids were in the States and I couldn’t get to them because I had to finish Joan. And all these articles started coming out…’ the star trailed off.
After the news hit the web, rumors erupted that they had split because Sophie was partying too much – especially after snaps of her enjoying a wild night out with her costars just days before Joe filed began to circulate.
‘It hurt because I really do completely torture myself over every move I make as a mother – mom guilt is so real,’ continued Sophie.
‘I just kept having to say to myself, ‘None of this is true. You are a good mom and you’ve never been a partier.’
‘It’s unfathomable the amount of people that will just make s**t up and put it up based on a picture.

‘A picture might tell a thousand words, but it’s not my story. It felt like I was watching a movie of my life that I hadn’t written, hadn’t produced, or starred in. It was shocking. I’m still in shock.’
Sophie and Joe have kept a relatively low-profile since their temporary custody arrangement was arrived at late last year.
Sophie and Joe began dating in 2016. They got engaged in 2017 and had a shotgun wedding in May 2019 before marrying properly a month later.
However, the X-Men actress and the hitmaker have since moved on with new romances.
Sophie confirmed her romance with Peregrine Pearson, 29, in December after they were seen putting on a particularly loved-up display.
He is the oldest son — and heir — to Michael Pearson, the fourth Viscount Cowdray, a former film producer who controls a major portion of the Pearson media empire.
As for Joe, the musician enjoyed a months-long fling with model/actress Stormi Bree, 33.
Since then, he’s been seen spending time with several beauties while enjoying summer 2024 overseas. Jonas also recently sparked dating rumors with Demi Moore, 61.
