Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have a movie to promote in just a matter of weeks, Unstoppable, even though she just filed for divorce on Tuesday.
It was recently announced that Unstoppable is set to premiere in the Special Presentations section at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 6, 2024, followed by a limited theatrical release in December 2024, by Amazon MGM Studios.
Now DailyMail.com has learned that certain producers on the movie are ‘pushing the two to appear together at the premiere in Toronto to create buzz on the film.’
The project is from Ben’s production company Artists Equity, which he co-founded with longtime friend Matt Damon. Affleck, 51, and Damon, 53, are among the 14 producers on the film.
Lopez, 55, is one of the actors playing the mother to a wrestler, and she co-produced the project with her producing partner Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas.
The Amazon MGM Studios film wrapped production this past January.

Jennifer and Ben separated in April.
The couple previously starred together in Gigli (2003) and Jersey Girl (2004). And he also appeared in her film This Is Me… Now.
Unstoppable centers around the life of wrestler Anthony Robles, who was born with one leg and won a national championship in 2011 while competing at Arizona State University.
Actor Jharrel Jerome (Moonlight) plays Robles and the supporting cast includes Bobby Cannavale, Don Cheadle and Michael Peña.
Unstoppable is directed by William Goldenberg, who previously worked with Affleck as an editor on his 2023 movie Air, as well as Argo (2012).
Ben and Jennifer have another movie they worked on together: Kiss Of The Spiderwoman.
It is based on Manuel Puig’s novel of the same name, and is set in an Argentinian prison in 1981. Lopez stars as the titular role, a fantasy woman named Aurora created by Luis Molina (Tonatiuh), a gay hairdresser serving an eight-year sentence for allegedly corrupting a minor.
Affleck and Damon are among the co-producers through Artists Equity.
Affleck was asked by CBS Sunday Mornings in March 2023 about collaborating with Lopez on the film.
‘What fun, what a joy to do something with her, see her be great, go to work with your wife, go to work with your best friend,’ he said.

‘If you don’t like who you’re working with, and if you have difficulty or trouble at work, I think it’s one of the things that can really cause depression, anxiety and pain for people,’ he added at the time.
‘And conversely, [if] you love the people at work, you probably have a pretty good life, you know?
‘Can’t make it look like she’s doing it as a favor to me, but actually she is,’ Affleck also said during the interview.

‘I mean, we love working together and being together, so maybe,’ she added.
Ben was last seen on Tuesday morning with his ex wife Jennifer Garner and kid Fin. They were returning from taking their eldest child Violet, 18, to college.
