This is hardly Jen An’s first Emmys rodeo, but this year, she’s nominated for Best Actress in a Drama Series for her phenomenal work on The Morning Show. Fellow nominees in the category? Honestly, it’s stacked with talent, including Carrie Coon for The Gilded Age, Maya Erskine for Mr. and Mrs. Smith, Anna Sawai for Shōgun, and Imelda Staunton for The Crown. Oh, and also nominated in the category is Jennifer’s Morning Show costar Reese Witherspoon.
On top of Jennifer and Reese’s noms, The Morning Show is nominated for Best Drama Series, Best Supporting Actress (for Nicole Beharie, Holland Taylor, Greta Lee, AND Karen Pittman), Best Supporting Actor (for Billy Crudup, Mark Duplas and Jon Hamm), Best Guest Actress in a Drama Series (for Marcia Gay Harden), and Best Directing for a Drama Series (for Mimi Leder).
