Jaguar drops ‘the growler’ in rebrand to lure the young and rich

It’s one of the most famous emblems of British motoring, having adorned the grilles, bonnets and steering wheels of Jaguar cars for decades.

Now the teeth-baring big cat logo is being consigned to the history books as the car manufacturer seeks to pounce into a new era.

The logo, known as “the growler”, is in line for a revamp as the company prepares to move towards electric cars and entice younger, wealthier and more diverse customers.
