Footballer Jack Grealish and his girlfriend Sasha Attwood have announced they are expecting their first child.
The couple, both 28, shared the news on their Instagram accounts.
“Life’s biggest blessing,” wrote Grealish, posting a photograph of himself hugging Attwood from behind, with both their hands over her pregnancy bump.
Grealish’s Manchester City teammate Erling Haaland posted two heart emojis in response to the news.
“Congratulations,” replied England captain Harry Kane, while fellow Three Lions star Jude Bellingham wrote: “Congrats brother.”
Attwood shared the same image with the caption: “Half of me, half of you – beyond blessed.”

The pair have reportedly been dating since they were teenagers growing up in Solihull, West Midlands.
Attwood, a model, has worked with brands including L’Oreal and Pretty Little Thing.
Grealish missed out on being selected for the final 26-man England squad for Euro 2024.
England manager Gareth Southgate said he was “sad” to leave out Grealish and others but several players simply had a stronger season.
