In leaks mostly released by the Twitter account smashx_60, you might have noticed HMD’s plan to reintroduce the multiple colour options once seen in Lumia devices. Usually, manufacturers rely on at least two or three colour options and often play it safe by choosing trendy colours for that year. HMD Skyline, the long-awaited HMD device, has announced two colour options: pink and black. However, HMD also teased a green model (or cyan?).
Smashx_60 released a photo of the device in these three colours. However, HMD stated that only pink and black would be available in global markets. Adam Ferguson mentioned in pre-briefs that there might be other colour options, but he did not specify when or if they would be announced.
Smashx_60 also released a photo of a Skyline device in yellow or gold, suggesting that HMD experimented with different colour options and even produced devices in those colours but chose the most popular ones—similar to the colour HMD used for the Nokia G42 and G22.
Additionally, there is a render of Skyline accessories, specifically covers, which are also coming in different colours. However, my information on them is scarce. Hopefully, these accessories will come to market so you can customize your Skyline device later.
So far I only found HMD’s 30W dual port charger in black and green, which is nice.
