An Irish town shop has closed its doors this week as the company seeks to secure a new home elsewhere in the area.
Popular bargain shop Dealz has closed down its branch in Shannon town centre, Co. Clare as news was broken to locals on Tuesday.
However it appears all is not lost for the shop, which was located in Skycourt Shopping Centre, as there have been rumours amongst locals that the company is eyeing up another unit within the centre.

As the news was shared on social media, there was also speculation that Dealz could be taking over the empty unit left by Life Style Sports at Skycourt.
The company is said to be ‘in talks’ but ‘nothing is definite’.
Meanwhile shoppers in Galway will be delighted to hear that a beloved market is set to return to the city this summer.
That’s because the Summer market will return to Galway city every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in July and August.
Locals and tourists alike can look forward to homemade crafts, gifts and some delicious food from the ever-growing food scene in Galway.
There will also be new stalls added so even if you’ve been to the market before, there will be something new for you. You can find the market located just off Shop Street.
In a post on Facebook, organisers shared the exciting news, posting: “We’re super excited to announce the return of the summer market. Running every Weds/Thursday/Friday in July and August. You’ll find Crafts, gifts and yummy food. Some of our already well-loved traders will be joined by lots of new stalls and we can’t wait!”
