I’m a fashion writer and these Nobody’s Child pieces are a must

Must read

If I’m ever in the mood to update my wardrobe, I can always rely on Nobody’s Child. The British brand, known for its sustainable fashion approach and timeless designs, is consistently on-trend but also relatively affordable, so you can keep up with the latest fits without being out of pocket — a win-win.

Naturally, then, I was intrigued by its new tailored collection, which includes blazers, waistcoats, high-waisted trousers, and more. The line offers a blend of elegance and comfort that will easily take me through the summer months, whether heading to a bottomless brunch or a slightly classier work event. Flattering, versatile, and comfortable? Yes, please.

Having a co-ord in my wardrobe will give me an instant go-to for lazy days, as a shortcut to look pulled together at a moment’s notice. Nobody’s Child offers a few different colours, including summery yellow and dreamy sky blue, but each piece is designed to be mixed and matched, allowing for endless outfit possibilities.

Nobody’s Child has generously dropped 15% discounts on some selected items, too. That includes a personal favourite of mine — this light blue waistcoat, which is now £67.15 from £79. It’ll look just as stylish with the matching high-waisted trousers as it will without, pairing well with a plain white T-shirt, classic blue jeans and delicate gold jewellery.

This light blue fit is ideal for summer, whether it’s for after-work drinks or on date night

I’m also tempted by the White Crew Neck Waistcoat, which is also 15% off. It’ll make a versatile addition to any wardrobe, offering a modern and fresh twist on a classic piece. Its clean line and simple design make it a staple that can be dressed up or down, making it ideal for any occasion.

The blazers are also gorgeous, with single-breasted buttons, pockets and a slouchy silhouette for a more relaxed fit. They’re slightly pricey at £125, though, so those on a budget might prefer this £69 M&S alternative.

Granted, although Nobody’s Child’s collection is gorge, the co-ord trend isn’t new. Lots of our favourite brands have launched tailored collections for summer, including Reformation, Mango, and French Connection, all of whom have unveiled their own take on the trend.

But if you’re tempted by the Nobody’s Child iterations (like me), you can shop the new tailored collection via the brand’s website. Your summer wardrobe will thank you, I promise.
