AN I’m A Celeb contestant was left with a bloody injury after quitting tonight’s Bushtucker Trial.
Tonight, Dean McCullough was tasked with completing the third Bushtucker Trial in three days, with the Radio One DJ thrown into the Lethal Lab – but fans were quick to voice their concern for the star when they noticed “blood” on his face.

Dean’s trial was based at the jungle’s scientific research facility, and he started it in the experimentation area, having two minutes to complete an experiment that would be worth two stars.
This was then followed by seven different containment areas, where more stars were up for grabs – but would he complete them all?
In the containment areas, Dean was not alone and was joined by cockroaches, crickets and mealworms, giant lizards, snakes, and spiders.
After getting four stars in total, the next section was filled with fish guts and Dean immediately shouted: “I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!”

As he was released, Dean went back to camp to break the news to his campmates.
Fans watching the show at home were then quick to spot how it looked as though Dean’s lip had gotten injured during the trial.

“Bless him for getting 4 stars tho. Also, has anyone noticed that Dean has cut his lip,” penned one viewer on X.
Another then said, “Has Dean cut his lip?”
A third added, “Is it me, or has no-one noticed Dean’s lower lip on the right side bl33ding?”
“Why is Dean’s mouth bleeding? Spider bite?” asked a fourth.
During the trial, Dean had to unscrew stars with his mouth, which might have caused the red mark on his lower lip.
HERO’S WELCOME
But despite his suspected injury and his low star count, Dean’s campmates were overjoyed to see the Radio One DJ return with some grub for dinner.
The camp seemed to be rather pleased with his efforts and decided to treat him to a nice bath and pamper.
Alan and Barry ran Dean a bubble bath to enjoy, while Danny gave him a head massage.

Reacting to the sweet moment, one viewer said on X, “Dean getting a bubble bath courtesy of Alan and a shampoo from Danny for his job at the trial, oh Dean.”
While a second said, “I’ll tell you what, I’d go through that trial to be put in a bubble bath with Danny Jones massaging my head. What a lucky boy Dean is.”
Another then fumed, “So you’re telling me Dean gets 4 stars and got a bubble bath but when GKBarry got 9 stars she got nothing!!??”
