Launched Friday, the newest collaboration between Malbon and the LA Rams features a limited six pieces packed with street style detailing, sleek tailoring, and, of course, the Rams’ signature cobalt and yellow scripting. It’s the first apparel collab for the Rams of the 2024 season, and the looks celebrate both parties’ Los Angeles roots.
“Many of our players say golf is their favorite pastime during the offseason,” said the Rams’ chief marketing officer, Kathryn Kai-ling Frederick, “and with the support of Malbon, we’re making golf a team sport.”
The collection originally included one hat and five polo and layering piece options, each with the Malbon “Buckets” logo playfully sporting the old-school Rams’ throwback dual-colored helmet.
Each piece is designed to be worn with versatile styling, whether that means adding golf trousers for the course or jeans for a more upscale, but lowkey, post-round look. The top selections include a statement wool varsity jacket, a coach style nylon zip jacket, a v-neck pullover, a sand-toned hoodie, and the polo (the only piece currently sold out—only two hours after launching). The pieces are unisex and run the gamut from $50 to $500 so there’s something for every fan, whether it’s golf, football, or fashion bringing you to the capsule. Two pieces have already sold out, leaving four options still in stock: the hat, hoodie varsity jacket and limited size options for the pullover jacket.
“Malbon Golf believes in disrupting the status quo,” Frederick said. “We’re thrilled to announce this new collaboration, bringing together like-minded brands to offer our fans a new way to represent their favorite team on the course and in life.”
