A woman who bought a £3.50 mystery bag from Toby Carvery was shocked by what she found inside.

Shivani Khosla used Too Good To Go – an app which hooks up hungry Brits with restaurants to limit food waste – hoping to get a cheap bite to eat but ended up with a feast fit for a king.

The content creator couldn’t believe her eyes when she opened her bag to find it  full to the brim with a piping hot roast and took to TikTok to share her delight.

In her video, which has since racked up 56,000 likes, she raved: ‘They gave gravy, and everything was warm. They gave me gammon. I thought they might give a bit of turkey, beef and gammon, but I think it’s just one meat’.

Not only was there gammon in the mystery bag, but also roast potatoes, mash, peas and steaming hot gravy.

And, her helping was so generous that she could share the food with her sister and father.

Miss Khosla was gobsmacked and said it was ‘insane’ to get so much high quality food for just over three quid.

Even the meat was cooked to perfection despite her fears it would be too ‘salty’, and the potatoes tasted as if they were freshly made.

Miss Khosla was so thrilled by her experience she was left confused at why more foodies trying to save their pennies don’t use the app.

Since her video was posted online viewers have flocked to the comments section to share their thoughts.

One person commented: ‘Brilliant for that price,’ while another added: ‘That’s a great dinner’.

A third thought the meal looked so delicious they wouldn’t be able to contain themselves writing: ‘I defo would have demolished the whole thing in two minutes flat.’

Other Too Good To Go fans shared their top tips for where to score the best end-of-day bargains including Greggs and Millie’s Cookies.
