Here Are Five Different ‘Marvel Rivals’ Character Tier Lists To Debate

It is very funny to see people debate which Marvel Rivals heroes are too strong or too weak, as everyone seems to have their own opinions and few of them ever actually match up. You think a character is awful? You’re just not using them right. Think a character is too strong? You’re just not countering them correctly.

Every time a tier list is made, it’s subjective to some extent, so I figured I would find five higher profile tier lists and see what the common threads are, rather than just inventing yet another one by myself. Let’s go through them in a list, then talk after:

Okay, so what are the common threads here? First, you can see how wildly all over the place these lists are in many ways, meaning the meta really has not settled this fast, and there are certainly wide ranges of opinion about who is great and who is trash. That said….

Venom is in every S Tier list as the best tank in the game. I think he is the only character to be in S-tier in every single list here. Otherwise, characters like Luna Snow, Moon Knight, Spider-Man, Magento and Hawkeye generally skew high. Characters like Peni Parker, Hulk, Black Panther and Namor skew low.

Some of the biggest swings we see are Rocket in the high and low tiers. Winter Soldier swings a lot. But yes, the majority are in a big clump in the middle in A and B tiers and there are only a few things that everyone seems to clearly agree on here. Not a great surprise.
