The former Blue Peter presenter, 40, split from England rugby star Richie, 34, in 2022 after eight years of marriage and their divorce was finalised in January.
Helen, who shares Ernie, eight, Louis, five and 16-month-old Elsie with Richie, took to Instagram to share her emotional new chapter.
The Strictly Come Dancing star moved back to her home town to live with her parents as she moves on from her divorce.
And as she documented her move, Helen took to Instagram to thank her father for helping in a gushing post.

She wrote: ‘The kind of granddad who spends days moving the entire contents of your life and still makes time for motorbikes and football.
In another post, she shared a picture of her son and joked: ‘Tell me you’re moving… without telling me you’re moving…. Me: which pair are going to charity shop? Him: neither we NEED them both.’
Last month, Helen posted an emotional video to Instagram where she revealed she has sold their Yorkshire property.
In a video that featured a fox in the garden, she said: ‘Hello, you. I know it doesn’t feel that long ago I can remember the sound of foxes mating in those trees. Now we’ve got a little friend. Bye then! Saying bye to the house.’
She wrote in the caption of the post: ‘One last goodbye old friend.’
The sprawling property is made up of two interconnecting homes which comprise eight bedrooms, six bathrooms, four reception rooms, an annex and an outdoor heated pool.
The former couple spent a combined £1.1million purchasing the two adjoining properties set in an exclusive gated community.
The news comes shortly after the former Strictly Come Dancing star insisted that parents should never be shamed into being perfect or acting a certain way, claiming it’s simply a waste of energy.

Since their split, it emerged Richie was ‘set to be a dad again’ and that he is weeks away from welcoming his second child with girlfriend Stephanie Thirkill, 33, who is currently seven-months pregnant.
Helen and Richie, who wed in 2013 and separated in April 2022 and now co-parent their three children.
The BBC Morning Live presenter confirmed that she and Richie had split just four months after the birth of their third child.
According to The Sun, a source said: ‘Richie and Stephanie are over the moon about adding to their family.
‘It’s been a wonderful year for them with their daughter Olivia celebrating her first birthday this month. They couldn’t be happier.’
