Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale‘s son, Zuma, made his country music debut at his stepfather Blake Shelton‘s bar, Ole Red, in Oklahoma on Monday night.

The talented 15-year-old croon Zach Bryan’s 2022 track, Oklahoma Smokeshow, to a packed crowd after Shelton, 48, warmly welcomed him up on stage.

In a video, captured by a fan and shared on X, the God’s Country hitmaker proudly introduced Zuma, who received loud cheers and applause as he made his way over to a stool.

While he opted to perform solo, Shelton sweetly adjusted Zuma’s microphone to make sure the acoustics were optimal for the audience.

Shelton looked pleased as he sat on the other side of the stage and watched his stepson sing and play the guitar with confidence.

Like Shelton, Zuma wore a cowboy hat and jeans.

Stefani was in the audience as her son showed off his impressive vocals, which received plenty of praise across social media.

‘Zuma sounds great! And Blake grinning ear to ear!’ one X user raved.

Another wrote: ‘Oh my goodness!!! I’m so impressed! He’s got “it”! A natural! Go Zuma!’

‘He’s amazing ! He has the Stefani genes + Blake’s influence,’ a third raved.

‘His voice is perfect for country music!’ a fourth added.

Others requested Shelton and Zuma team up for a duet next.

Last year, Zuma’s older brother Kingston, now 18, gave a surprise performance at Shelton’s Ole Red bar.

In addition to Zuma and Kingston, Stefani shares a 10-year-old son, named Apollo, with her ex-husband, who she split from in 2015.

Over the years, Shelton has raved about his close bond to his stepchildren.

‘I have a blast with it, I’m not gonna lie. I don’t take it so serious that I’m not enjoying this time because I really am. … I can’t imagine my life without these kids now,’ he told KFROG listeners in February 2021.

In April, he said becoming a stepfather changed him ‘in every possible way.’

‘I learned quickly, not because anything happened, but just, you know, reading the room, you’ve really got [to think], “I have to take a step back,”‘ he told Entertainment Tonight. ‘When people say it’s not about you anymore when you have a kid…I think if you’re doing it right, it’s not about you anymore. That’s true.’

Shelton also revealed he enjoys teaching them things ‘whether it’s music’ or ‘literally getting out, getting their hands in the dirt or being out on the ranch, seeing the animals.’

In December 2022, he spoke about taking a step back in his career to focus on his family.

‘If I walked away from my career at this time, the only thing that I run the risk of is having regrets that I’m missing out on some more important things in life. For now, that’s our kids. This isn’t about me anymore and never will be again,’ he told People

‘Even though I’m a stepparent, I take that job very seriously. The kids see me as a very important person in their life,’ the Grammy nominee continued. ‘[When they ask,] “Why isn’t Blake here?” I take that stuff to heart. I’ve made plenty of money, but you can’t buy time back. I don’t want any regrets.’
