Gracie Abrams, who performed with Taylor Swift on her last night in London in June, revealed a joke that Travis Kelce told her that helped her stay composed before her cameo appearance on the European leg of the singer’s ‘Eras’ Tour.

The 24-year-old, who is the daughter of Star Wars director JJ Abrams, appeared on stage last month at Wembley to form a duet for Swift’s hit ‘US’ with the popstar.

But, as she felt nervous before her introduction to the sold-out crowd, Abrams was backstage with Kelce, of which she revealed her fun interaction with on SiriusXM.

‘Before we both went on we were in the tent, and he went on right before I did – I think two songs or something,’ Abrams said.

‘He’s like, ”I’ll mess up so that you look really good.”’

The aspiring popstar and California native added that Kelce’s support was telling of the atmosphere among those contracted on Swift’s tour.

‘The thing is … it’s just a community of really supportive people,’ Abrams said, per Billboard.

‘Truly, everyone, whether you’re in the tent or in the top row in the stadium, it’s like everyone is there because there is such deep joy and feeling associated with all of the music that she’s put out over the past 18 years.

‘… It’s a really magical thing.’

According to the UK Officials Charts Company, Abrams’ new album, ‘The Secret of Us’, outsold Swift’s ‘The Tortured Poets Department’, the current No. 1, for the month of June.
