A Gold Coast influencer has purchased a multimillion dollar beachside mansion for his mother.
Evidence Based Training (EBT) founder Adam Sullivan, 33, surprised his 72-year-old mum with the $2.355m modern home on Mother’s Day.
The five-bedroom, three-bathroom property features open-plan living areas, Caesarstone kitchen benchtops and a walk-in pantry.
The outdoor area comes with an al fresco terrace and a heated pool.
Adam shared a heartwarming clip to Instagram of the moment he took his mother to her new home for the very first time.
‘This is your new house,’ he told his shocked mother.
‘What do you mean it’s my new house? Are you serious?… I’ve won lotto,’ she quipped in disbelief.
Sullivan explained why the purchase was one of his proudest moments.
‘Guys everyday I get messages from people saying I’ve helped change their life… and it’s unbelievable to me,’ he said.

He captioned the clip: ‘Thank you to everyone that has and continues to support my brand and page. I got to do something I never could have imagined.
