Gavin and Stacey’s Nessa appeared to burst into tears as Ruth Jones and her co-stars were spotted filming her hen do for the upcoming Christmas special.
Smithy and Nessa have famously had an on-off relationship over the course of the BBC sitcom, with the show’s 2019 Christmas special ending on a cliff-hanger after she proposed.
And now to add fuel to the fire, cast members Ruth, Joanna Page, Julia Davis, Alison Steadman and Melanie Walters have been seen filming a girls’ night out for Nessa’s hen do.
However, the group of gals looked perturbed in the snaps from filming, suggesting the party does not go quite to plan.
Nessa was seen looking frustrated as she stood outside a bar with best friend Stacey in the scene – before she appeared to start crying.
