Galaxy Z Flip 6, Fold 6 designs accidentally revealed by Samsung

Must read

While we are close to a month away from the likely official announcement of the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and the Galaxy Z Fold 6, Samsung seems to have accidentally revealed their designs, confirming their Galaxy S24 Ultra-like design language.

Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Z Fold 6 designs revealed by Samsung’s website

Some eagle-eyed Samsung fans spotted the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and the Galaxy Z Fold 6 designs when the company accidentally published their marketing image on its website for Kazakhstan.

As you can see in the image, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 has a Galaxy S24 Ultra-like design for the edges. It has sharp sides and less curved corners. The image also mentions Galaxy AI, which is pretty much given, considering that all older Galaxy S and Galaxy Z series devices have already received the One UI 6.1 update.

The triple-camera setup of the Galaxy Z Fold 6 also matches the design revealed by tipster Ice Universe last week. The phone also appears to feature a slot-shaped loudspeaker on the top, similar to the Galaxy S24 Ultra and the Galaxy A55.

The Galaxy Z Flip 6 has a big cover screen and a dual-camera setup, as expected. It is reported that the device will get an upgraded primary rear camera in the form of a 50MP sensor. It is rumored that the phone still has a 3.4-inch OLED cover screen and a 6.7-inch internal foldable screen. However, it will come with a slightly bigger (likely 4,000mAh) battery.

Both, the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and the Galaxy Z Fold 6, are rumored to feature a less visible crease on their foldable screens. Both phones use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. They will likely run Android 14-based One UI 6.1.1 software out of the box. Both devices could come with a promise of seven years of Android OS and security updates.
