Four Premier League fixtures moved for TV coverage

Must read

Four of our opening five Premier League games in August and September have been moved for live TV coverage in the UK.

Our season will still start with a 3pm kick-off against Wolves on Saturday, August 17, but the subsequent four games have all been altered.

Our first away trip of the campaign against Aston Villa has been selected for live coverage, and while the game remains on Saturday, August 24 it will now move to a 5.30pm kick-off and shown by Sky Sports.

A week later Brighton & Hove Albion head to Emirates Stadium, and that fixture has been picked by TNT Sports for live coverage, meaning it moves to an earlier 12.30pm start.

The big matches keep coming after the international break as we head to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium to face Spurs in the first north London derby of the season. That has now been switched to Sunday, September 15, and will kick off at 2pm. It will be shown live on Sky Sports.

Then we head to the home of the reigning champions Manchester City, and that match will also take place on a Sunday after being moved to September 22 at 4.30pm, and selected by Sky Sports.

The final Premier League game in September against Leicester City remains a 3pm start on Saturday, September 28 and won’t be shown live in the UK.

All TV selections have now been made up to the end of September, but as always, games are still subject to change for other reasons.
