A federal indictment accuses former Abercrombie & Fitch CEO Mike Jeffries of sex trafficking and interstate prostitution. The indictment says Jeffries, along with an employee and his romantic partner, “employed coercive, fraudulent and deceptive tactics” to get men to attend “sex events.” His lawyer did not respond to NBC’s request for comment but said after Jeffries was released on bond that “we will be dealing with this in court, not out here.” NBC News’ Stephanie Gosk reports.
