The posh England fan who went viral after an interview with Mail Sport has said she is ‘100 per cent confident’ England will beat Spain in the Euro 2024 final.
Jolie Sharpe, 22, has been watched more than 40 million times after being asked for her views about manager Gareth Southgate by Mail Sport’s Aadam Patel as she walked out of the stadium in Dortmund after the Three Lions semi-final win against the Netherlands.
Her positive comments where she praised him and told him to ‘ignore the haters’ sparked an outpouring of love online.
Mail Sport’s Aadam Patel caught up with Sharpe as she prepares to attend Sunday’s final in Berlin.
The sports presenter said she has received ‘such nice messages’ since going viral on social media, after the ‘incredible’ feedback to her interview.
Sharpe told Mail Sport that she ‘can’t wait’ for the final and is confident Southgate’s side will overcome Spain.
‘I back us, if we can’t back our own team, who is, I back us until the end,’ Sharpe said.
There is no doubt in my mind that it is coming home.
‘The passion from everyone, I saw a video on England socials today about Gareth shaking all the hotel staff’s hands.
‘He looks so happy, they looked so happy.
‘I just feel from the Euros a few years back, I feel here in Berlin the happiness and positivity.
‘It might just be the sunshine and I might just be delusional, but I just think it is coming home, there is no doubt in my mind.
‘It is written in the stars, the Bellingham goal, it’s here, it’s going to happen, it don’t know how it is going to happen, but it is going to happen.’

Sharpe confirmed she will attend the final with her parents and older brothers, having also seen England lose on penalties in the Euro 2020 showpiece at Wembley.
The presenter insisted she would give her ticket up for anything, acknowledging she was among the lucky fans able to attend the final.
Should the Three Lions triumph in Berlin, Sharpe said she will join fans celebrating in the German capital.
‘I am going to go out, singing and dancing,’ Sharpe said.
‘I think just being with England fans is what makes it so special
‘It is amazing, it is the best.’
Sharpe, who has her own marketing agency called JGS Live, has been in Germany since Tuesday when the family left their north London home to make the 400 mile drive to the tournament.
Her marketing agency is an official partner of TikTok specialising in live selling, has worked with British Airways, Chelsea Football Club and The Economist.
Since her interview went viral she has also seen her Instagram followers go from six thousand to 40k.
‘On Instagram I had just over 6,000 and now I have 40,000, it has been mental,’ Sharpe said.
I feel like I have been living an experience outside my body, it has been amazing, I am so grateful.
I was on such a high, I was so happy and I went to bed and the next thing you know I have got all these messages.
Such nice messages, it has been amazing.
40 mill, it has been incredible, when I started getting messages from people I haven’t spoken to in years, they were like “have you seen this of you” and I was like “oh my gosh” and my family were asleep.
I was just in my hotel room like, oh my gosh, oh my gosh, I checked Instagram and TikTok and was like “This is happening”, you have to run with it.
