Two of the biggest multiplayer games of the last few years have finally come together as a wealth of elaborate Fall Guys content is now available in Fortnite until August 15, 2024.
Players in the standard Battle Royale mode will now encounter Bean Idols in Classy Courts which teleport them to a challenging obstacle course in the sky and turn them into a Fall Guys Bean. Completing a course will reward players with loot to take back to the regular game of Fortnite, with quicker times netting better rewards.
“Blast through Spinning Beams, watch your step on the Hex Tiles, and burst through the finish line with the help of Bounce Pads,” reads the synopsis. “Just make sure you don’t get knocked down by moving bumpers on your way there! Complete actions like running, mantling, diving, bouncing, and more on this course to check off Where We Fallin’ Quests, rewarding you with Locker items like the Pink Plushie Back Bling.”
Players will have three attempts to set an obstacle course time per Battle Royale match, but completing the course will end further opportunities to do so. Each one has a 120 second time limit, but completing it in less than 50 seconds nets Gold Tier loot, between 50 and 80 seconds nets Silver Tier loot, and between 80 and 120 seconds nets Bronze Tier loot.
Creators will gain access to the new assets too, and the new Battle Royale gameplay can be recreated by choosing Fall Guys Islands in Creative.
Collaborations like this are now the norm for Fortnite, which has also seen crossovers with Alan Wake, Eminem, Family Guy, LEGO, Metal Gear Solid, Lady Gaga, and so much more — and that’s all in the last few months.
