Facing Prison Time for Street Gang Activities, Rapper Young Thug’s Supposed Fitness Transformation Breaks the Internet

Must read

The 32-year-old rapper, Jeffery Lamar Williams aka Young Thug, currently facing prison time for street gang activities, has recently stunned the internet with his fitness transformation. A photo of Young Thug has gone viral, showcasing his impressive new physique.

The picture, shared on the Instagram page Thuggerthursday, in collaboration with Slattmafia, shows a stark contrast between an older image of the rapper and his current jacked appearance. “Thug been working out?” the caption read. The viral post included two pictures: one from what the page claimed was 2016, and another from his recent trial.

However, the internet jumped in and quickly corrected the timeline, suggesting the first photo was from much earlier. Additionally, some fans speculated that the new image was photoshopped, doubting the authenticity of his transformation. Moreover, Young Thug has been in prison for the past two years, arrested along with 27 others on RICO charges in Atlanta. Fulton County prosecutors allege he co-founded and led the gang Young Slime Life, involved in various crimes since 2013.

The charges against him include conspiracy to violate RICO, participation in criminal street gang activity, and possession of a machine gun. The ongoing trial, now over five months long, is the longest in Georgia’s history, with delays adding to the complexity of the case. Fellow rappers on his label, such as Gunna and Yak Gotti, are also implicated in the indictment.

Despite the controversy and speculation over the authenticity of his new look, some believe Young Thug might have taken up training while in prison. It’s not unheard of for individuals to find new passions and transform their physiques behind bars. For instance, six-time Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates discovered his love for bodybuilding during his time in juvenile detention. Regardless, the internet remains skeptical dismissing the transformation as a digital alteration.
