Everton are one of a number of Premier League clubs interested in signing Hull winger Jaden Philogene, talkSPORT understands.
It is believed that the Tigers would be prepared to part ways with the 22-year-old should they receive a fee of around £15million.
Philogene hit the headlines in February following his stunning goal away at Rotherham in a 2-1 victory.
Dubbed the ‘goal of the century’ by fans, the ex-Aston Villa forward jinxed past his marker before his rabona effort nestled into the far top corner.
It was one of 12 goals that the youngster scored in the Championship last season from 32 league outings.
He also chipped in with six assists as Hull finished narrowly outside the play-off places.
Philogene only linked up with the Yorkshire outfit last summer in a £5m transfer from Villa, who he made six first-team appearances for.
Should he make the move to Merseyside, he could become Everton’s fourth signing of what has been a hectic summer at Goodison Park.
Everton announced the £9m signing of Tim Iroegbunam from Villa last week having been left impressed by the 20-year-old midfielder.
And they then followed that up by confirming that they had re-signed Jack Harrison on another season-long loan deal from Leeds.
The Toffees also look set to unveil the acquisition of forward Iliman Ndiaye from Marseille on a permanent transfer.
talkSPORT understands that the Ligue 1 side are hoping to recoup the majority of the £20m they paid Sheffield United in 2023.
Everton have also been busy in terms of departures, having sold winger Lewis Dobbin to Villa.
Meanwhile defender Ben Godfrey is poised to link up with Champions League side Atalanta in a deal worth £10m.
