A recently opened bagel shop has hit the market in the city centre after only launching in February.
Ben’s Bagel was the new lunch hotspot in Edinburgh after opening up on 32 Morrison Street. Now, they have listed the business for sale with an advertisement being available on RightBiz.
A leasehold price of £80,000 is being asked for the venue alongside a rent of £37,000. It’s understood the owners have now put the business on the market for ‘personal reasons’.

The add on RightBiz reads: “This beautifully presented café and takeaway is located on Morrison Street close to Lothian Road in Edinburgh City Centre, a main thoroughfare just a few minutes from Princes Street.
“Ben’s Bagels is a reasonably recent creation from the tenants trading from this location. A wide and varied menu offering fresh bagels or buns filled with mouth watering fillings.
“Due to its proximity to many large office complexes, hotels, B&Bs, it benefits from employees from these establishments along with shoppers visiting Edinburgh city centre. The offering is also very popular with the many visitors and tourists that flock to Edinburgh throughout the year.
“Our clients have reluctantly placed the business on the market for personal reasons. The subjects are held on the basis of a 10-year lease with an option for a further 10 years”.
