Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) is to be left injured after a botched workout in EastEnders.

The Albert Square legend has had a rough time of late, ever since discovering that his partner Cindy (Michelle Collins) had kissed her ex-husband George Knight (Colin Salmon).

George’s fiancée Elaine Peacock (Harriet Thorpe) broke the news, and Ian was unable to process it as relationship with Cindy had helped him to feel closer to their late daughter Lucy, who died 10 years ago.

Trying his best to get past her cheating, he’s showered her with gifts and even laid on a flashy meal – but she was more interested in getting her hands back on George.

In a shocking twist, she then went on to sleep with his son, her former step-son, Junior (Micah Balfour), who recently arrived in Walford.

Despite being married to wife Monique (Busayo Ige), he’s already engaged in a fling with another older woman, Bianca Jackson (Patsy Palmer).

What is his game?!

In upcoming scenes, it seems that the couple are back on track and she suggests he head to the Boxing Den with their son Peter (Thomas Law) to do some training.

At the gym, Peter leaves to meet up with girlfriend Lauren Branning (Jacqueline Jossa), and Ian is left in the ring with Junior…

As expected, things don’t exactly go to plan, with him having to be escorted back to No. 45 where he plays up to his symptoms. Junior accompanies him home, but Cindy wants him nowhere near.

Deciding to make amends and apologise for making his injuries seem worse than they actually were, Ian returns to The Den to speak with Junior but things turn heated.

Heading home, Cindy decides to seduce Ian.

She needs to make her mind up!
