EAMONN Holmes has been spotted with close friend Katie Alexander after it was revealed she “is in love with him”.
Blonde Katie, 42, was seen driving TV star Eamonn, 64, around in his black Range Rover.
Katie wore beige shorts and a black top in the sunshine and teamed the outfit with stylish platform wedges.
The mum-of-three covered her eyes with sunglasses as she headed over to Eamonn who sat waiting in the passenger seat.
It comes as The Sun revealed Katie has been staying with the GB News presenter – who is going through a divorce – in his luxury apartment.
The relationship counsellor from Yorkshire has also enjoyed trips to Ireland with Eamonn after they met through social media in 2015.
Eamonn treated her to a Beyonce concert, Center Parcs and a Manchester United game — while Katie has been seen in his native Belfast.
Eamonn and Loose Women star Ruth Langsford left fans and the showbiz world floored when they announced they were splitting in May after 14 years of marriage.
They had been together for 27 years.
A source told us: “The fact remains that he would still be in the marital home, being cared for by Ruth, if she didn’t find out what had gone on behind her back.
“There is a lot still to spill out on what has really gone on during Eamonn’s marriage. It will all come out in the wash.
“And even he will raise eyebrows at some of the details surrounding his new confidant Katie, who has told pals she’s ‘madly in love’ with him.
“Watch this space.”
FEARS FOR EAMONN
Eamonn sparked concern today when he suddenly went off air after falling ill in the middle of his show.
The presenter has been plagued with ill-health in recent years.
He left viewers worried when he disappeared live on-air.
A GB News spokesperson said today: “Eamonn had to finish a little earlier today as he was feeling unwell. He hopes to be back tomorrow.’Â
Eamonn – who is struggling with chronic pain – had a double hip replacement in 2016, followed by surgery last year, which left him using a wheelchair.
He was seen arriving at an awards bash in a wheelchair last week.
