The council is required by law to have a Gambling Policy. The current policy will expire in January 2025 so it needs to be reviewed and readopted.
We are not proposing any changes to the existing policy, our only proposal is to readopt the current policy without any alterations.
The form and content of the draft policy are consistent with those of all licensing authorities in Kent.
