Whether you have one or not, the topic of penis size is a conversation you’ll have at least once – especially when it comes to figuring out how to know what size it is before whipping your clothes off to check.
But there’s no need to get in the nude to figure out if your chosen partner has a large dong or not, as it’s all linked to another body part that’s always on display.
You’ve probably heard the saying that the bigger the feet, the bigger the…ahem.
Well, according to a urologist, we are looking in the wrong place.

Dr Blanca Madurga is a specialist in urology and has gone on to debunk lots of willy myths in her time.
But this one? It’s the truth.
Have you ever looked at a man’s nose and thought ‘that’s got character’?
Well, it might mean you’ll be saying the same thing later between the sheets.
The urologist then explained that Japanese scientists have found that there really is a link between the size of the penis and nose.

According to the 2021 study, those who had a nose measuring 4.5cm (1.7 inches) had non-erect penises ranging 10cm (4 inches), while men with a 5.5cm (2.1 inches) nose had a penis size of over 13.4cm (5 inches).
As per The Mirror, she said: “The only thing that has been demonstrated so far is a relationship between the size of the penis and the size of the nose.
“There is a Japanese paper that I mention in the book that found a relationship between penis size and nose size, because they both form inside the mother’s womb.
“So even in the ultrasound of a pregnant woman you can see whether the size of the penis is normal or not.”
So… there really is no link between big feet and big d**ks? Well, colour me blind.
Dr Madurga added: “It is believed that this relationship comes because, after all, the nose and the penis develop inside the uterus, depending on the mother’s testosterone levels during pregnancy.”

Another study conducted by Ulsan University Hospital in South Korea backs this up – as their research found that both body parts are exposed to a high amount of testosterone in the womb, which affects their size.
Even though feet and willies don’t correlate, however, your height also does.
In her book ‘Everything you need to know about the penis and never dared to ask’, Dr Madurga explains that the average penis size has grown ‘because we are also taller now’.
“We now have a very high protein diet and that means that young people nowadays are very tall, they mature very early, earlier than they did 50 years ago, so the penis, in line with the rest of the body, grows more.” she said.
