Disgraced music mogul Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs is facing fresh allegations that he sexually abused a 10-year-old boy after a New York City music audition.
In a lawsuit filed in New York State on Monday, the now-adult plaintiff claims he traveled from his home in Los Angeles to the Big Apple to meet with music executives and ‘audition’ for Combs.
The boy was then allegedly drugged and when he woke up, his pants were off and he was in pain.
The suit is just one of more than a dozen filed by Texas attorney Tony Buzbee, who has vowed to continue revealing claims against ‘powerful people’ in the near future, and said people will be ‘shocked’ at the A-list names that emerge.Â
‘You can’t hide skeletons in the closet forever,’ he has claimed.Â
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, 54, is facing new allegations that he sexually abused a 10-year-old boy back in 2005
The latest lawsuit comes from a plaintiff who said he was an aspiring actor and rapper living in Los Angeles whose parents hired an industry consultant to further his career, according to court documents viewed by DailyMail.com.
The consultant ultimately recommended that the unidentified boy – who had already scored some acting roles and a part in a music video – and his parents fly to New York City to meet with executives in the music industry.Â
She arranged for the boy to meet with Diddy for an ‘audition,’ and led him to Combs’ hotel room, where she left him alone, the suit alleges.
The child then rapped several songs for the Bad Boy mogul, who said he could ‘make him a star’ and asked him how badly he wanted to be famous and what he would do to become a star – to which the young boy said he would ‘do anything.’
At that point, the suit claims, someone on Diddy’s team handed him a soda, and after drinking it the unidentified plaintiff ‘began to feel “a little funny,” but initially thought it was because he was so happy at that moment.’
The alleged victim now believes the drink was laced with GHB or ecstasy.
The disgraced rap mogul allegedly forced thec10-year-old aspiring actor and rapper to perform oral sex on him
He claims the rapper told him to come closer, and told him something to the effect of, ‘You have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes.’
Diddy then allegedly forced the boy to perform oral sex on him, even though the child tried to refuse.
The plaintiff alleges he then ‘froze in terror,’ and collapsed.
When he woke up, he alleges his pants were undone and he was in pain.
The child then cried out for his parents, at which point Diddy allegedly threatened to ‘badly’ hurt his mom and dad if he told anyone about what happened.
By the time the consultant returned she allegedly noticed the boy was ‘badly shaken’ and brought him back to his parents, who ascertained he was ‘lethargic and acting differently.’
The boy ultimately did tell his parents about the assault, but they were all ‘terrified of the potential consequences of reporting’ it, the suit claims.
The now-adult victim is now suing Diddy and all of his companies for gender motivated violence and is seeking damages for the assault
It is just one of more than a dozen civil suits Diddy faces as he remains incarcerated
The now-adult victim is now suing Diddy and all of his companies for gender motivated violence and is seeking damages for the assault.
He claims he has since suffered from anxiety and depression, which leaves him hopeless and fatigued, and had to be homeschooled in the aftermath.
The suit also alleges that the victim continues to suffer from night terrors involving the incident.
‘In short, Plaintiff was deprived of a normal childhood and is unable to interact with others and live a normal life in general due to his encounter with defendant Combs,’ the suit says.
It was one of two lawsuits filed in New York on Monday, with another alleged victim saying he was sexually assaulted in 2008 at the age of 17 while auditioning for Making the Band.
He said Combs forced him to perform oral sex on both the mogul and his bodyguard, with Diddy framing the latter as a ‘test’ of how much the plaintiff wanted to succeed in the music industry.
The plaintiff later failed the audition after Combs deemed him ‘untrustworthy due to his reservations about performing oral sex on his bodyguard,’ the lawsuit states.Â
Houston attorney Tony Buzbee filed a wave of shocking civil lawsuits against Diddy since his arrest, including allegations the rapper raped a 13-year-old girlÂ
Buzbee is planning to file 120 new lawsuits against Diddy in the coming months.
He has already filed 13 suits against Combs on October 14 and October 20, with many of his anonymous plaintiffs alleging they were drugged, forced into sex acts without consent and threatened into silence.
The lawyer even wrote in the new lawsuit that: ‘The conduct described herein is shockingly typical of how Combs conducted himself for many years.
‘Many individuals and entities facilitated and enabled this abhorrent conduct,’ Buzbee alleged, claiming, ‘Sean Combs believed he was above the law. He is not.
‘Combs is a menace to society, women and children,’ the lawyer argued.
‘While his wealth has kept him above consequence for years, Combs now faces the awesome power of the American judicial system and ultimately a jury of his peers, who will be asked to punish him for the deplorable conduct described herein.’
But attorneys representing the now-54-year-old disgraced mogul have denied the claims the alleged 10-year-old victim made.
‘The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number,’ they told TMZ.Â
‘As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false.’
They added that they remain fully confident in the judicial process and believe ‘The truth will prevail: Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone – man or woman, adult or minor.’
Combs is also facing charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution
Meanwhile, Combs is facing charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
Prosecutors claim he drugged and raped victims as young as nine years old.
But Diddy has pled not guilty to the charges alleging he coerced and abused women for years, aided by associates and employees, and silenced victims through blackmail and violence, including kidnapping, arson and physical beatings.Â
He is set to face trial in May.
In the meantime, Diddy remains incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn after two judges denied him bail.Â
