Thirty Coronation Street fans joined the Hays Travel Summer Street Party on the famous cobbles after winning a ticket in a prize draw.
The fifteen prize winners and their guests met for cocktails and canapes at The Alchemist on Salford Quays, before heading to the nearby ITV studios, where they were welcomed by the Coronation Street team on set in the Viaduct Bistro.
The winners had a behind-the-scenes set tour and met some of the cast, then headed on to the cobbles for street food, cocktails, live band and Corrie quiz.
Guests were joined by members of the Hays Travel team, including Sales Managers Jenny Brooks and Toni Smith; Honorary Branch Manager of Hays Travel Weatherfied Anthony Privilege; Head of eCommerce Sukie Rapal and Marketing Manager Dionne Evans.
Jenny said: “It was amazing to meet all of the prize winners for a memorable day on the Coronation Street set, and of course to see our Hays Travel Weatherfield branch on the cobbles.”
In May last year, Hays entered into a product placement partnership with ITV. Work to install a Hays Travel branch in Coronation Street and viewers caught their first glimpse of the Weatherfield storefront on 5 December 2023.
