Cruz Beckham’s girlfriend Jackie Apostel has shared a shocking photo of her post-surgery scar that forced her to learn how to rewalk just three months ago.
The singer, 29, who is 10 years older than Cruz, 19, took to social media to post a picture of the long scar down the centre of her back.
Although Jackie did not reveal why she had the surgery, she did say that the huge surgery meant she could barely stand.
Reflecting on her recovery she wrote: ‘Random thought. Wild to think 3 months ago I was relearning to walk and couldn’t get up.
Jackie opened up about the physical and mental side of the surgery and how ‘hard’ she found it, stating that she never thought she would be okay to work or write again.
The 29-year-old then went on to say how grateful she is for her body and the support system that got her through her recovery.
Jackie then added: ‘Also, check in on your friends. Sending everyone health hugs and love!’
The couple are believed to have been dating since June this year, and Jackie joined Cruz last month to support his mum Victoria at her Paris Fashion Week show.
She has been spotted numerous times with the Beckhams, including her first outing with them at Fashion Week where she wore one of Victoria’s stunning dresses to her runway show.
Following the catwalk, Jackie took to social media and gushed: ‘The most beautiful show and the most beautiful dress. Congratulations @victoriabeckham’.
Cruz recently revealed exactly how he feels about Jackie, as he confessed his love for her on Friday, as she celebrated her 29th birthday.
Posting a picture of his older girlfriend waiting to blow out her candles to his social media page, he penned: ‘Happy Birthday xx I love you’.
