Comedian Tom Segura’s Garth Brooks taunts resurface after make-up artist rape claims

Must read

Comedian Tom Segura’s perpetuated conspiracy theories about Garth Brooks have resurfaced after the popular country singer was sued over multiple instances of alleged sexual assault on Thursday.

In a lawsuit obtained by TMZ, a woman referred to as Jane Roe claims that she was cornered by Brooks in a hotel suite in 2019 before he overpowered her and raped her so violently that she felt as though she were breaking in two.

Segura helped mainstream – ‘Where are the bodies, G?’ – a term in regards to the widely popular theory surrounding the mysterious connection of Brooks tour dates and people who have gone missing in those same places.

After the disturbing allegations were made public, the media was keen on hearing from none other than Tom Segura himself.

He finally broke his silence on X Thursday, where he wrote: ‘So many people have texted me about Garth, you’d think I did something.’

Segura and his wife, Christina Pazsitzky, host a podcast together called Your Mom’s House, where Brooks has been a popular point of contention and the butt-end of jokes in multiple episodes throughout the years.

The ‘feud’ between the singer and comedian has been brewing since 2018 after Segura and his wife reacted to a clip of Brooks talking about his upcoming tour.

Segura discussed how weird and inauthentic Brooks seems in the clip, and Segura’s wife agreed, saying: ‘Something’s going on’.

‘What’s going on is he’s thinking about all the bodies he’s got stacked in f***ing graves in his yard,’ Segura responded.

‘You think he’s a killer?’ Pazsitzky asked her husband.

‘One-hundred percent,’ Segura answered. ‘He’s probably killed 200-300 people in his life,’ the comedian joked.

From that point on, the theory has taken on a life of its own. Internet users have questioned if Brooks is a serial killer. His social media accounts have been bombarded with comments for years, specifically asking him where the bodies are.

One comment under the singer’s Instagram posts from last year said: ‘You know, I’ve had my t** cups on for 12 hours today, sweating like a pig. Garth won’t even let me out. He’s holding my family hostage. Please. They are down, down by the mountain. Please, send help.’

‘So that’s how you celebrate poisoning my grandma??’ wrote another user.

Another user added: ‘I miss my mom g, tell us where she is.’

The accusations aren’t just isolated to one podcast. Brooks has been the topic of conversation in multiple episodes of Your Mom’s House, as well as The Joe Rogan Experience and the show Segura hosts alongside Bert Kreischer, 2 Bears 1 Cave.

‘I always like to point out that these are alleged accusations,’ Segura told Rolling Stone in 2023.

‘Some very savvy detectives online have managed to point out the dots between these people who have gone missing and his tour dates.’

But the internet has took to X to reignite the jokes and the theories all over again after Brooks was accused of rape and battery in the newly public lawsuit.

One user wrote: ‘Looks like Tom Segura was right about Garth Brooks all along. The families need closure Garth, where are the bodies??’

‘We just got closer to cracking the Garth Brooks serial killer case!’ wrote another.

And of course, there were hundreds of posts that simply just said: ‘WHERE ARE THE BODIES GARTH?’

In the newly obtained lawsuit, the woman referred to as Jane Roe claims to have been a former makeup and hairstylist for Trisha Yearwood, Brooks’ wife, before being hired to work under him for the same role.

According to the makeup artist’s suit, Brooks allegedly made advances to her at his home in 2019.

She claims that she was waiting to do his makeup when the singer came out of the shower naked and with an erection.

She alleges that he then ‘grabbed her hands and forced them’ onto his erection, telling her he harbored fantasies that she would perform fellatio on him while wearing her glasses until he would eventually climax onto her face.

The woman alleges that later that year, Brooks took her to Los Angeles for an event but quickly felt the situation to be unusual after realizing they were the only two traveling after boarding his private plane in Nashville.

And when they arrived in LA, Brooks denied her request for her own room and instead rented one to share among the two of them.

She claims that Brooks appeared in the doorway completely naked before dragging her onto a bed in another room where he then raped her.

The plaintiff, who is said to be about five feet tall, claims the singer grabbed her by her ankles and held her upside down while he vaginally raped her before the situation morphed into business as usual after the assault.

The makeup artist alleges that Brooks would send her sexually explicit text messages, tell her about his sexual fantasies and discuss sex with her on more than one occasion.

In her lawsuit, the makeup artist claims that after the alleged rape, Brooks continued groping her and related his sexual fantasies to her more often than he did previously.

She accuses Brooks of fondling her breasts while she applied makeup to him – despite her telling him not to – as well as of masturbating once she was finished.

Brooks is claimed to have made ‘repeated remarks’ about ‘having a threesome’ with Yearwood and the makeup artist, according to the plaintiff.

The plaintiff claimed in court docs that she clashed with the Tulsa, Oklahoma native over a May 2020 incident in which he spoke to her, Yearwood and his manager about inventing a shampoo bottle that would function as a sex toy.

She said that she sent him notices through text and email that she could not ‘work in an environment where explicitly sexual comments are made about shampoo bottles doubling as dildos’, which he replied that she was just ‘over-thinking’.

In his filing, Brooks asked the court to officially declare that the makeup artist’s allegations were false, and to bar her from publicizing them any further.

‘Defendant’s allegations are not true,’ he insisted. ‘Defendant is well aware, however, of the substantial, irreparable damage such false allegations would do to Plaintiff’s well-earned reputation as a decent and caring person, along with the unavoidable damage to his family and the irreparable damage to his career and livelihood that would result if she made good on her threat to “publicly file” her fabricated lawsuit.’

The makeup artist’s attorney submitted a response brief to Brooks’ filing this week, asserting that as a ‘alleged sexual assault predator’ he was not entitled to anonymity.

Brooks responded to the accusations in a statement to DailyMail.com: ‘For the last two months, I have been hassled to no end with threats, lies, and tragic tales of what my future would be if I did not write a check for many millions of dollars.’

The woman is moving forward with the complaints against Brooks and will continue to go after him for damages.
