It comes after Charlotte discovered Matt had been messaging another woman he met online back in August.

The TV favourite, 32, has now insisted that her fiance is a much “happier” person after ditching social media apps and hours of scrolling.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun about her relationship, Charlotte said: “We’re just seeing how things go really, still taking it very very slow.

“Obviously we have a family, so it’s quite difficult to just completely shut off.”

When asked if she could trust him again, Charlotte candidly shared: “I think the thing is, trust takes a long time, I wouldn’t say it’s fully there yet, but it’s just taking it day by day, step by step.”

Discussing if there have been any new rules or changes to their marital life since the incident, Charlotte explained that Matt’s now taken a backseat when it comes to social media.

The popular star told us: “He’s not back on social media and he won’t be for a while, maybe never.

“And it’s probably better for him as well, because he used to look at peoples lives.

“You know what it’s like…you end up in a rabbit hole on social media, scrolling – so it’s probably better.

“He’s a lot happier as well not being on it.

“It is a shame because we used to do fun videos but we can still do that together, but him not being on it.

“That’s probably the one thing that has changed.”

She said that Matthew was overjoyed with the news and is excited for the arrival of their little girl.

The star went on: “He’s [Matt] really excited to be a girl dad, hopefully that will be good for him as well. They end up like daddy’s little girl.

“I think it will be really nice for him, because I’ve got two mummy’s boys. I think it will be nice for Matthew to have that as well.”

Charlotte is making her debut as the villain in this year’s Panto, playing Abanazar, who an evil sorceress hell-bent on stealing the genie’s magical lamp in Aladdin at The Globe theatre at Pleasure Beach Resort this November.

The media personality is busy juggling work life alongside motherhood and preparation for her third birth.

Charlotte gushed: “I do love being pregnant and I love everything about my body changing but I think having Jude and Noah, it’s really hard picking them up and carrying them.

“And just trying to juggle everything, I forgot I was pregnant because I had loads going on at the start of the pregnancy and then I just look down and I feel those little kicks.

“It’s really exciting, it’s a baby girl as well which is even more exciting.”

Discussing why she won’t have a birth plan this time round, Charlotte said: “Definitely not, I had a birth plan with Noah and it went out the window.

“I did have a birth plan with Jude, I was booked in for a c-section because I had quite a traumatic birth with Noah and he literally came out, my waters went and I went to hospital five centimeters dilated and I still demanded a c-section.

“I didn’t realise because I didn’t push Noah out the first time, I was pushing Jude out the whole way to the theatre.

“I think Matthew had gone to get my bag from the car, I had literally been in hospital for about half-an-hour, rushing me to theatre and they were trying to put the epidural in and Jude’s head was there.

“I could feel a head.

“I had to push him out with no pain relief on the theatre table and Matthew nearly missed the birth. That was an hour after my waters went.

“So this time, I pushed Jude out with no pain relief, so I can do it and if my waters go, I just have to push her out, I’ve got to do it.

“If there is a any problems then I’ll go for a c-section, but I can’t really go for a c-section at the third baby, can I?

“I think the thing is with birth plans, is that it’s nice to have an idea what you’re doing but it all goes out the window.”

Charlotte may not have a birth plan this time, but said her fiance will of course be holding her hand in the delivery room.

She admitted that finding out she was pregnant for the third time was a “surprise” as she opened up about normalising “gender disappointment”.

“I just wanted two, I wanted a girl and a boy but you can’t write that, but I’m so happy I’ve got Jude because he just brings us so much joy, little cherub in the world, he doesn’t stop laughing and giggling,” she said.

“I’m so grateful and blessed to have another boy, even though that I cried.

“I remember my 12 week scan when they told me, it is a natural thing that people don’t speak about – the gender disappointment and people have such an opinion on it and it is okay to feel like that.

“Once the baby is here, you don’t think like that.”

Charlotte said she believes that her baby girl is a gift from her late father and much-loved comedian Les Dawson.

“I’ve always just wanted a girl. I’m very girly and I love dressing up and I’m really close with my mum and I just wanted that relationship,” she said.

“Even though my boys are my best friends, I just wanted a relationship with a little girl.

“So when I found out I was pregnant, this was a complete show, he wasn’t feeding on me as much, the breastfeeding and that’s when you get fertile and I was like ‘please be a girl’, I was adamant it was another boy and thought I was just going to be a boy mum.

“I had this early blood test and I couldn’t believe it and thought she has been sent from my dad.

“Obviously how much I wanted a little princess, it’s the icing on top of the cake.”

Charlotte said she will be christening her whole family on the same day that they christen their newborn daughter.

The star said her little girl will be wearing her christening robe that she never got a chance to wear when she was born.

Charlotte has also revealed that Gigi or Penelope are at the top of her baby name list.

The Sun previously told how Charlotte had allowed Matt to return to the family home after their romance hiccup in a bid to move forward as a family.

In August, Charlotte revealed she was pregnant with her third child.
