Prince Harry is being “frozen out” by Prince William and King Charles, a royal expert has claimed.
Although relations between Harry and his family have been tense for some time, tensions decreased further after the release of Spare and his controversial comments in countless interviews.
A royal expert has now claimed William and the King are “ignoring” Harry amid “critical changes” being made for the Firm, as reported by the Mirror.
The Royal Family have been dealing with two major health battles since the start of this year – both the King and Princess of Wales’s cancer diagnoses.
Speaking to Fox News Digital, author Christopher Anderson said: “[Charles and William] have chosen to ignore Harry, to freeze him out, and to not let him get under their skin when they are facing so many critical challenges.
“In a way, I think that is even sadder. It’s been said that hate isn’t the opposite of love – indifference is.”
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s recent trip to Nigeria – which reportedly left William and the King “not surprised” – was the most recent thing to make them feel this way.
Mr Anderson added: “[William and the King have] crossed Harry off their list for a plethora of reasons, but making a brief trip with one reporter and one photographer in tow isn’t one of them”.
Although he met with his father back in February – after his cancer diagnosis was revealed – Harry didn’t meet the King during a visit to the UK earlier this month.
At the time of his visit – which saw him attend a special ceremony in London for the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games – Harry said that he would not be meeting his father due to the monarch’s “full programme” of engagements. This means the pair haven’t met in person since early February.
