Cavern Walks ground floor spaces are fully occupied by traders again.
The boutique shopping centre first opened its doors 40 years ago and has since played host to some of the region’s best fashion and style retail names.
JSM Company Group and Greenwood Developments bought Cavern Walks shopping centre for £7m in 2022. Their franchise agreement will see the creation of a 283-bedroom Motto by Hilton Hotel. Greenwood plans to repurpose the upper floors of the retail complex while JSM Company Group is managing the ground floor retail space.
