Britain’s Got Talent judge KSI says he’ll be a “villain” on show after “kicking Bruno out”

Must read

Britain’s Got Talent temporary judge KSI has teased that he will be a “villain” for his guest stint on the panel.

The social media star will step in on the next season for a few days as regular judge Bruno Tonioli takes time away due to his Dancing with the Stars commitments.

Teasing his time on the show, KSI joked to Capital: “I’ve kicked Bruno out, and I’m taking his place! Actually, he’s coming back, but I’m there for a little bit. Yeah, it’s going to be fun, man. I’m going to judge some talent.

“Everyone thinks I’m going to be an evil judge, I’m going to be a villain – I’m going to just press the red button as soon as they walk out,” he added. “I might do that every now and then, but I’m just going to have fun with it and we’ll just see what happens.”

When it was suggested he may surprise people and be the nice judge, KSI admitted: “I doubt it! But sure. Because I’ve seen a lot online, I have a high threshold. Like, the bar is very high for me.”

He also said he “probably” won’t be able to keep a straight face during some acts, saying: “I’m going to be laughing in their face repeatedly! But it will be a good laugh anyway, so we’ll see.”

Speaking previously about joining the show, the internet star said: “I’m so excited to be a guest judge for BGT.

“When I got the call-up, I couldn’t believe it. I remember watching old BGT episodes and going from being amazed to laughing my arse off. I’m buzzing to see all the fresh new talent, and I’ll be sure to leave a mark.”

Bruno added of his temporary replacement: “I can think of no one better to keep my seat warm than the wonderful KSI, even though I spend most of the show out of it anyway… I’ll be itching to get back to the judging panel for another year of laughter, tears and everything in between.”

Britain’s Got Talent airs on ITV1 and ITVX.
