Country singer Brantley Gilbert’s wife, Amber Cochran Gilbert, gave birth to their third child on a tour bus in the middle of his concert on Friday.
Brantley, 39, was on stage singing when his wife went into labor. The mom of three gave birth in the middle of her husband’s concert in Tupelo, Mississippi.
Just after he started the concert on his Off the Rails tour, he got a message that there was an emergency off stage, he explained in the Instagram video he shared.
‘So last night might have been the craziest night of my life. Watching such an amazing woman do such an amazing thing is something I’ll never forget,’ he wrote on Instagram.
He ran off stage, out of the arena and to his tour bus to be with his wife. After their son was born, he briefly called his mom, and then headed back into Cadence Bank Arena in the birthplace of Elvis Presley to continue his concert.
