Heavyweight boxer Derek Chisora HEADBUTTED a Deliveroo driver after a row broke out on a London street.

Former world title challenger Chisora was reportedly enjoying a meal with his two daughters in affluent Hampstead when the food delivery man arrived on a bike. Chisora politely asked the cyclist to dismount as there were dogs and children in the area, reports The Sun.

The cyclist refused and an argument broke out with the driver attacking Chisora before the boxer retaliated with a headbutt which dropped the man to the pavement. A video posted on social media shows the argument breaking out with shouts of “Get the f*** off me, bro” and “I swear, get off me now”. The cyclist then puts his hands on Chisora before the fighter headbutts him and stands over the stricken driver.

Audible gasps are heard from the crowd with one onlooker heard saying: “Get out”. Police were called to the incident but The Sun reports no action was taken and it was agreed the flare-up was not Chisora’s fault. The Mirror has contacted Chisora’s representative for comment.

Chisora is due to return to action on July 27 when he takes on fellow British heavyweight Joe Joyce at The O2 in London. Chisora has not fought since he outpointed Gerald Washington last August and before that was knocked out by Tyson Fury in their trilogy fight at Tottenham Hotspur.

Joyce looked destined to fight for a world title after beating rival Daniel Dubois in 2020 and following up with three further victories, including over former world champion Joseph Parker. But the wheels came off when he lost back-to-back fights with Zhilei Zhang before Joyce began his rebuild with a points decision over Kash Ali.
