A woman and her dog had a narrow escape after part of a cliff fell on to beach huts.
Melissa Mahon, who filmed the incident on Saturday, said the woman was sitting with her dog at her hut in Bournemouth, Dorset, when the landslip happened.
The video showed the beach hut being thrown forward several metres as the woman ran away from it.
The area had been fenced off after a previous landslip on 9 October.
About 14 huts at Durley Chine were hit in the two collapses, which knocked one of them over.
Natalie Carr, who bought the neighbouring hut last year, said it was “ruined”.
She said: “I’ve had [a] beach hut on this site for 18 years… and we’ve never had any issues with landslides in the past.
“My worry is that it’s potentially the end of an era. Maybe people won’t want to have a beach hut down here if they’re at risk.
“Who wants to enjoy their beach hut day and get potentially thrown over by a landslide. It is a huge worry.”
Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council said it had cordoned off the area.
It said it would update beach hut owners after an assessment had been carried out.
