A Hollywood actor has been dropped by his agent after the actress Blake Lively accused him in a legal complaint of sexual harassment and orchestrating a smear campaign against her.
Lively alleged that Justin Baldoni, her co-star in the box office hit It Ends With Us, and Jamey Heath, the lead producer, created a toxic environment and failed to investigate harassment on set.
In the adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s novel, Lively plays a woman who finds herself in a relationship with a charming but abusive boyfriend, played by Baldoni, who also directed the film. The movie made $350 million globally but there was widespread criticism of Lively online after its release.
