What time does the Squid Game event start?
The Squid Game event will take place tonight, Friday, January 3, from 6pm in the UK to January 24 at 6pm.

It will essentially replace the current events in the game, including Archie’s Festival Frenzy and the Double XP extravaganza.
A timer for the Squid Game event, counting down the hours till it starts, can currently be seen on the events tab in the game.
How much is the Squid Game event pass?
If Activision’s monetisation of Call of Duty wasn’t polarising enough, the studio is introducing yet another premium upgrade to Black Ops 6.
The Squid Game crossover comes with its own unique event pass featuring 20 rewards, split evenly between free and premium items (more on those below). To unlock them all, you’ll need to fork out 1,100 COD Points or £8.39.
Warzone players will take part in Squid Game-themed challenges that will see teams kicked out at the end of each round and random sessions of Red Light, Green Light

For those who have accumulated those points from the current seasonal Battle Pass, they now face a dilemma: Should they save them for the season 2 battle pass or spend them on the Squid Game event pass?
These types of temporary passes are a familiar sight in Fortnite and Apex Legends. But those games are free-to-play, whereas Black Ops 6 costs £69.99.
The introduction of the secondary pass follows Microsoft’s decision to make Black Ops 6 the first Call of Duty game to debut on Game Pass – a move that traded the usual upfront purchase fee for the potential to attract more monthly subscribers to the all-you-can-play gaming service.

What items are in the Squid Game event pass?
The Squid Game event pass features a mix of free and premium skins, weapon blueprints and the usual glut of visual embellishments that most players ignore (think calling cards, emblems and stickers).
As usual, you can grab the loot by playing matches in Multiplayer, Zombies, or Warzone during the event period.
The full list of rewards can be viewed below. As fans of the show may notice, the skins don’t include the show’s iconic Pink Guards, Young-hee doll, or VIPs, as these have been reserved for their own Tracer Packs on the Black Ops 6 store.
