TV actress Sara Khan, who shot to fame with the show, Sapna Babul Ka Bidaai, is currently busy keeping herself fit as she wants to look glamourous in every project she does in her career. As we all know, Sara flaunted her workout skills in the Bigg Boss 4 house. And now, the diva is set to reveal her fitness mantra.
How does Sara Khan keep herself fit?
Sara Khan recently shared her fitness mantra during a conversation with a media portal. The actress said that eating the right things at the right time makes her body fit and healthy. Sara said, “Being fit is being healthy. I strongly believe in eating the right thing at the right time in my diet.”

When asked how she keeps herself fit, Sasural Simar Ka fame said, “For me, it is all about keeping myself active. So it is a combination of eating right and keeping myself active. I make sure I give my body the required diet that will keep me fit and healthy.”
Apart from following a proper diet, Sara Khan also revealed that she gives importance to mental peace as well. The actress said, “It’s very important to be mentally at peace to concentrate on anything. I love cooking and I meditate sometimes too. Besides this, I like watching animation or sci-fi content; this helps me relax.”
Sara Khan has worked in several popular TV shows, such as Bidaai, Sasural Simar Ka, Bhagyalakshmi, Saubhagyalakshmi and so on. She participated in Bigg Boss 4 where she got married to Ali Merchant. After a few months of their wedding, the duo divorced each other.
