Must read

Big Brother has unveiled a full look at the new house ahead of the new season launch this weekend.

Following an unusual teaser featuring guinea pigs, the first stills of the rebranded house have been released – and it looks like a colourful season to come.

The house features a marine-looking blue bar, as well as pink walls, a dark yellow sofa and purple and pink beds.

Of course, we are yet to meet the housemates who will be spending their time here, though all will be revealed on this Sunday’s (October 6) launch show.

As well as the new décor, fans can expect changes in the show’s big budget tasks, with hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best recently teasing what’s to come.

“I’m excited about the tasks,” Will told MailOnline. “I think the tasks this this year, I think maybe some learning – maybe not ‘learning’, because that makes it sound like there were things that could have been better.

“I mean, the tasks were phenomenal last series, but I’ve been speaking to the members of the team and I think they’ve kind of raised the bar even further. This series, I think it’s been taken up a notch.”

AJ also addressed how she’s feeling about the second season of the relaunched show as compared to last year’s first, revealing she’s less nervous and more excited.

“What I’ve learned from the previous series, is that you just never know what’s gonna happen,” she said.

“All of the people that you think are gonna win and just have an experience that would be like a walk in the park [don’t] actually, and you just can’t call it. Literally you can’t. So that’s what’s really exciting about the previous series and no doubt the next one coming up.”

Big Brother will return on ITV2 and ITVX on Sunday (October 6), followed each night by Big Brother: Late & Live.
