Benidorm star Adam Gillen looks worlds away from his fresh-faced holidaymaker character Liam Conroy – 13 years after first appearing on the small screen.
The actor starred in the ITV sitcom from 2011 until its conclusion in 2018, playing the role of Les Conroy’s son, played by Tim Healy, 70.
And now Adam looked unrecognisable as he has ditched his iconic ginger locks and clean-shaven face for a bushy beard and bleached hair do.
The clumsy character was initially a holidaymaker, who had travelled to Benidorm to visit his father Les Conroy, who worked at the Solana Hotel.
In series five, Liam joined the Solana workforce as a maintenance worker, however, in the series finale, the lad leaves the Solana to pursue a career with Kenneth Du Beke in the Blow ‘n’ Go Salon.
Nowadays the actor can be seen cutting a slimmer frame and wearing a selection of trendy outfits as he enjoys life with his dog and partner, Laila Zaidi.

The actress starred in the final series of Benidorm where she joined the cast as Rob’s girlfriend Cyd.
Yet she found love in real life and her and Adam have been dating since they met on set in 2018.
Adam regularly shares snaps of the pair together including, meals out, dog walks and New Year’s Eve celebrations.
He may have left Benidorm and his iconic ginger hair behind, but Adam’s expressions still mirror those of his character, and in Instagram posts he seems to sometimes still have the same unlucky fate as Liam.
Looking downcast in a snap, the actor looked sad as he stared down at a rapidly melting ice cream as it began to run down his hand.
In the following snap he sheepishly looks up as takes a lick while on holiday in Casco Viejo in Panama.
Fans commented on the stars sad looks as one wrote: ‘Lol, why do you look sad eating ice cream? did someone steal it? lol’
While another wrote: ‘just watching reruns of Benidorm. Best characters are yourself and ‘kenneth”
